RFF: Let's be honest.

shawl: F21, top: $3, local auction retailer, jeans: hmd from sister, shoes: $14 Ross, belt: thrifted $1 DI @Centerville

Today I had what I'm certain was a foot wedged underneath my ribcage all. day. long. It was rather uncomfortable I must say. I love wearing belts, but this time it just added to the discomfort. Also, my zipper must have been down the entire day as well. I think I must have zipped it up 14 times including once in front of a co-worker. At the end of the day I threw myself down on the couch and looked down at my ankles which now seem to be larger than they used to be. Some days are more challenging than others when it comes to "pregnancy fashion." I put it in quotes because really I claim to know nothing about it. Let's take a second look at the picture:

Pregnancy is such a journey. A truly wonderful and more than worth it experience with an end result comparable to none other. I can honestly say that any of the ailments experienced along the way are a small price to pay for bringing sweet little spirits into the world. Swollen ankles, unwelcome weight gain, itchy, stretchy, sore, tired, breathless, bliss.

You sure do look stunning, even with a baby foot in the ribs. I have started looping rubber bands around my pants buttons and through the hole to keep them on yet comfortable. Desperate times I tell you.

There's nothing glamorous about pregnancy, but you look pretty darn good! I have a pair of pants that do the zipper thing, it's annoying.
