Hot Pink and Black Birthday Party Decor

I have been very busy lately with a few small (hoping to become big) business endeavors. Most recently I styled a birthday party for a beautiful 12 year old girl. I was told she is the girliest tomboy I would ever meet. Keeping that in mind, I tried to go with something fun and feminine but not too "frilly". Unfortunately I didn't have my photographer with me this time, and there were a ton of shadows. So, we'll all just have to settle for my point and shoot attempts.
Those that follow me on Twitter already know about my desperate search for hot pink Jones Soda. I had Fresh Market special order them for me at 1.39 a bottle. Then my husband found them for 1.09 at Smiths. Sorry Fresh Market. I'm just not that loyal.
I found the K for .50 cents at the DI! I also learned that adding ribbon to buttercream frosting creates less than desirable results.
Milk glass vases were a perfect canvas for bright hot pink flowers. I originally called a floral shop and asked about their pricing for some custom arrangements. I'm so glad I decided to buy the flowers wholesale and do it myself. It was much cheaper, and I like the look of the "unorganized arrangements."
Linking up to FMBT and here.

I just wish we had DI o thrift store down south of spain.
I just love them. I use to live in Morgan, Utah, and we used to go at Ogden a lot to thrift stores, to find some "treasure" :)

Keep the great work!!!
