Really Frugal Fashion: Tied

On this particular day I realized, every single item I was wearing was totally thrifty. (this happens often.) Let me break it down for you:

Ruffle Top: Banana Republic........found at D.I. for $5
Skirt: Vintage Gap.........................also D.I. for $6
Belt: Vintage tie from hubby's closet...purchased for him at D.I for $2
Tights: HUE....................................found @ local wholesale store for $8 instead of $18
Shoes: Anne Michelle...................D.I. $4

Why not use a cute tie for a belt?

Jean Jacket: Vintage Gap..................D.I. $6
Purse: Faux Alligator...........................D.I. $2

*D.I.=Deseret Industries, local goodwill store.

I never find such awesome stuff at the D.I.
NEVER!!!
One of these days I might have to have you give me a D.I. Makeover so I can see that it's possible.

P.S. you look gorgeous in the pictures.

Geez Sara, I commend you for your talent, because I DO NOT have the patience to look through all of the horrible 80s clothing at DI.
