Now that we have our first official and legit pictures as a family of 3, I really want to showcase them! {In my home of course.} I have a green accent wall behind my dining table that will be a perfect canvas. I've always wanted to do an art grouping in that space. {We're art right?}

I love the idea of white frames with white mattes. I think it would be so bright. {Ignore the Halloween decor.}

Then again, I really like the diversity and character of the black in different sizes and with different mattes. I'm gonna try to work with what I have, since I already have quite a few frames laying around. This option just might work out the best.

This grouping is so beautiful to me, so colorful and asymmetrical. Should I do some of our pictures in color and some in black and white? Any advice is solicited and much appreciated.

Black and white is always pretty classy. But maybe you can do a little of both!

Thanks for visiting me on my SITS day!

Thanks for stopping by my blog today! I love the collage idea, I did one at the end of my hall using cheap frames from Walmart....and I love it! I always stop to look at it.

I LOVED your family pictures. You looked absolutely stunning in them, by the way. Since last year I have been wanting to do a family photo collage in one of our basement rooms. Someday I will get around to it. I like the chunky black frames with the eclectic look (second to last picture). However, I am sure whichever style direction you go will look fabulous.

I would do both. The black and white would look really good with the green, but other bright colors would also look really good with the green. I say just play with it and see what you like the best and your frames dont have to match either. I would look for frames that match the picture. I hope you post pics soon.

I am a b&w fan but with the great color in your family shots I think I would go with color. Loved your family shots by the way! You are such an adorable family and you all look so dang happy.
